Cheese Fondue

What could be better than to dive into the private spa of your chalet after a day full of adrenalin and adventure. And if you no longer want to leave your homely realm in the evening, we will serve you Tyrolean cheese fondue directly to the Chalet. It's up to you. Relaxed conviviality in the restaurant or pleasant privacy in your own home.

Our chef Uwe Spätlich stands for exceptional dishes that will be remembered. At first sight of his dishes you can hardly resist the temptation. In all his dishes, the focus is on the freshness and regionality of the ingredients. In this way, authentic compositions can emerge that remain in your memory even after many years.

PHILOSOPHY

"My aspiration is to inspire with my modern, aromatic cuisine.

As a chef i learn and improve every day. Inspired by the people i meet and work with, nature that surrounds me and traditions that are very important to me . My dishes reflect this lifestyle and are full of local treasures, carefully paired with accents and flavours from all arround the world."
