Ischgl

Winter sports paradise

The skiing resort of Ischgl lies at an altitude of up to 2,872 metres above sea level, above the eponymous town of Ischgl in Paznaun and is also the third largest skiing area in the province of Tyrol in Austria. Perfectly groomed pistes, cross-country ski trails, unique freeride routes and ski tours prove every year anew why Ischgl is so popular with winter sports enthusiasts.

Ice Skating & Curling

Lots of fun, even off the slopes. A spot outdoors makes the fun even better. Especially for children and families, the frozen lake is a popular address when you don't want to hit the slopes.

Night sledging

With seven kilometres, the night sledge run in Ischgl is one of the longest sledge runs in the Alps. Time to try out the fast-paced adventure for yourself.

Paragliding

If you want to experience something very special on your winter holiday, Ischgl is the place to be. For a tandem paragliding flight, head for lofty heights with the experienced team of Twin Fly.

Galtür

Galtür is the highest ski area in the Tyrolean Paznaun and lies at 1,600 to 2,300 metres in the heart of the Silvretta mountain group. Thanks to best snow guarantee, skiers, snowboarders, freeriders and cross-country skiers can look forward to unlimited skiing fun from the beginning of December to the end of April.

The Silvapark in Galtür convinces with six varied ski sectors and 43 top-prepared kilometres of slopes. Look forward to excellent ski slopes for alpine skiers and race snowboarders, exciting parks for freestyle snowboarders and freeskiers as well as first-class cross-country trails and tours for cross-country skiers or ski tourers.

Kappl

The family-friendly ski resort of Kappl offers an impressive mountain panorama at 2,600 metres and snow-sure fun on sunny slopes. The idyllic skiing area promises boundless skiing pleasure on 42 kilometres of pistes.

Charming Kappl is considered the ultimate insider tip for young and old. The highlight of the piste is the expert downhill run, which leads over eight kilometres towards the valley.
Another highlight for families is the Sunny Mountain Adventure Park, which is located at an altitude of 1,830 metres. Here, a dedicated children's slope, a ski carousel, wave rides and many other attractions await the kids.

Kappl ski resort is a real powder paradise, away from the groomed slopes. For skiers and snowboarders, there are countless downhill options in the backcountry area. The highlight here is the breathtaking mountain panorama all around you.

On two runners you go downhill from the Diasbahn towards the valley. The six-kilometre-long sledge run is fun for the whole family.

See

The See ski area has 41 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes with varying levels of difficulty and is located at an altitude of 1,040 to 2,456 metres.

The ski area has the right slope for all winter sports enthusiasts and convinces with flat slopes for beginners as well as with great slope sections for advanced skiers. Skiers particularly appreciate the unique panoramic view of the impressive, snow-covered mountains and the sunny location.

In the evenings, the See winter sports area offers the possibility of night skiing. There is also a large, separate beginners' and practice area, a ski kindergarten for children aged 2 and over and a 6 km natural sledge run.

No matter whether you're a piste freak, a beginner, a pleasure skier or a carving pro - at the See ski area everyone will find the right offer.

Winter hike

The network of winter hiking trails in Tyrol's Paznaun extends over 60 kilometres from 1,060 metres up to 2,036 metres. Winter hiking offers the opportunity to get a breath of alpine air away from the slopes and enjoy the white splendour of nature at a quiet walking pace.

Ice skating

If you value sport and exercise, you don't necessarily have to hit the slopes in See. Whether curling or ice skating - the necessary exercise is provided outdoors.
